GOOD NEWS!! Party!!!

We are finally home....Im so glad because I couldnt take another beep from a machine.

After K had multiple ultrasounds on his heart and kidneys, a spinal tap, and iv stuck in his head...they think its just a virus! His fever is finally gone and he is eating better again. He still starts to feel bad as the day goes on but one dose of Tylenol and he is better.

They decided to keep him on his zantac. He got a yeast infection on his bottom but most likely its because he was on some hard antibiotics when we were in the hospital. They gave him some cream for it and seems to be going away.

He doesnt look yellow anymore ....so his jaundice is going away again. They did discover a heart murmur but his heart is functioning well so they dont think i need to worry about it.

Im hoping he will sleep better at home because he doesnt have a billion people coming in and out of the room every 5 mins or a stupid machine beeping. I need some sleep too. We have to go to the pedi for a follow up tomorrow. They check his bili tomorrow again and make sure his lungs sound good ...but so far everything is getting better!

Thanks for all the T&P .....you have no idea how frightening it was to see him that sick and having all those needles stuck every where!
