I am ovulating on CD 22 and have 30-31 day cycles. I go in for 7 DPO b/w this cycle (friday) and I know they are going to find low progesterone. I have tried b6 and it hasnt worked for me. If you have been diagnosed with a LPD, what did your dr do to correct it/help you achieve pregnancy? I am thinking prometrium/clomid is probably what is going to end up happening but was curious of the experiences of those that have been there.
Thank you so much!

Your situation was the exact one that lead me to see my RE. I tried B6 too and it only lengthened my LP for a couple of days and only for one month! My RE felt like LPD was not just an issue at the end of your cycle, but one in the beginning too. She felt like although I was Oing, I was doing it later in my cycle and so it was probably weak, therefore producing a shortened LP.
So, my first step was clomid and progesterone. The clomid allowed me to O closer to cd13/14 and then the progesterone helped lengthen my LP. I didn't get pregnant this way, but I really felt like it was the first time I even had a chance at getting pregnant.
Unfortunately, I had to go all the way to IVF to get pregnant. I hope that isn't the case for you. Good luck!
this is really a "chicken and egg" conversation. Your LP stinks b/c your ovulation is weak/poor. Fix your ovulation, and a nice LP will follow. Of course, support with vaginal prometrium, crinone or endometrium (IVF's add PIO). I spent too much time trying to fix things on the back end, and once we finally looked at my ovulation, we realized that stunk 1st. lol.
GL ! often an "easy" fix is a little clomid or femera, but please be SURE you're being monitored while taking those meds (mid/cycle ultrasounds, E2 levels, etc. ) and even triggering the ready follie and doing an IUI, just to cover your bases. (if budget allows)
