Hi all. I have several events coming up in the next few weeks that I will be wearing dresses for. I am so pale that people will be blinded by my legs!!! Do you use a self tanner? What do you recommend?
i like the ones that are more of a tinted moisturizer kind... like the jergens one. its more subtle and a lot easier to use bc there's less of a chance you'll end up streaky!
but i think the jergens one smells bad, so i've used ocean potion and another one that i can't remember the name of, that worked well for me.
i've also had good luck w/the store brand (target/walmart) of the jergens one.
like all selft tanners though, go easy w/it around your knees, and ankle area.

I've found the best is Fake Bake. You can't buy it at Target or Walmart (or store's like that). But, I've been using it for a couple of years now and people are SHOCKED when they find out it is not a real tan. You can order it online. If you deceide to buy this, PM me and I'll give you some tips for applying.
I like Loreal Sublime Bronze. It dries really fast and doesn't smell horrible. I mix it with scented body lotion on a plastic baggie before I put it on. It doesn't make you as orange and if you make any little mistakes it isn't that noticable. It's $8-$10 at Wal Mart, Target, etc.

I recommend this stuff too. It has a color as you apply it so you can see where you are getting it. Works well (not too gradual) so that you only have to apply it 1-3 times to get the results you want and doesn't smell too bad.
