I have work at noon.(babies mentioned)

First off I am sorry I was not very supportive this weekend... I had a really rough time... I kind of cried all weekend... I am having a better day today though.

I just go back to work at noon... I'm so scared. What if people say something that is hurtful.... what if they don't say anything at all... What if I cry...

(I work at a childcare center in the infant room)

I'm just all sorts of confused and nervous... I'm terrified of holding a baby... I'm just scared...

On the positive side I get to work with a coworker who has been very supportive in all this... so thats good... she is of course pregnant though... we were supposed to have our babies together... 

*sigh* I can do this...

    I've been thinking about you all morning knowing that you were going back to work today. You are strong and you will get through it. Even though it may be tough and you may cry, that is okay. You are grieving and everything you feel is normal. Best of luck and keep us posted on how it goes. I will be thinking of you all afternoon.

    I've been thinking of you and I hope today goes as smoothly as possible.

    I was terrified to be near my niece after she was born shortly after my m/c but as soon as I held her I was just so absorbed in how wonderful she is. It still hurt but the joy she gave me outweighed the sadness. I pray for this for you.

    We will be here waiting to hear how your day went. You're right, you can do this!

    (((HUGS))) I am so sorry. I can't even imagine how hard it must be.

    My first week back was so awful. I cried almost every hour. For the most part, people just didn't say anything, but the ones I am closest to pulled me aside to talk when I needed to. I hope it goes okay for you!

    I like knowing I have my own personal cheerleaders thinking about me today while Im at work. I will let you all know how it went tonight.

    I can't even imagine what that would be like.  Remember,, there is nothing wrong with crying - it's perfectly natural and it helps to release the emotions that you're feeling.  I think that you're already amazingly strong, there is no way I could hold an infant, even now.  ((BIG BIG HUGS))
