  I've done that too.

  I have found that now that my EDD is past, I am a little better.  I am not constantly thinking about where I would be in my pregnancy.  I do think about how old my little girl would be, but for some reason it doesn't hurt as much...stay strong, your day will come.

  I think that we are all guilty of this at one time or another. It hurts and you really should try and not do it. But now that I've said that, I will probably be going over to my first BMB since today is my EDD. Just to make it worse. I think something is wrong with me.

  We all do this...even though we all know it's stupid!  I went the other day and most have had their LOs.  For some reason, I found it easier to see "________ is here!" than pregnancy related posts.  I agree with pp that it must get easier after your EDD has past.  Leading up to it is a nightmare.

  Big hug on the self inflicted pain on an already crappy day! And bigger hug on your approaching EDD - they are tough! I was a mess that day and really for a few weeks after even... I've just started to get some closure but it does pop up at the most inopportune times.
