Breast Growth - Does it stop?

I know everyone is different but I thought getting a consensus of you ladies might help.

My breasts went up a cup size already and I feel like this is even tight now and they are spilling out a bit. I refuse to believe I am a D-cup, and would feel stupid even trying one on (but I will). My question is, do these suckers keep growing throughout pregnancy or is there a time when they stop? I know they get even bigger when nursing, but I am asking for the next 6 months.

I am trying to gauge how much $$ I want to spend on new bras because the cheapy ones I got are already falling apart. If they are just gonna keep growing I will go with the cheap disposable type ones, if not then I will spend a bit more.

I don't know from experience, but I heard that they grow a ton in 1st tri, slow down in 2nd, and then grow more as you near the end of 3rd tri. Same goes for sensitivity. I can way off on this, it's just what I've read.

I honestly don't remember, but if you think that's bad, wait for the porn star boobs you'll get when your milk comes it. And it'll come in whether you plan to BF or not.

You're right, everyone's different, and this is my first, so maybe I'm not a reliable source, but I get the impression that they're not going to stop.

When I went to buy new bras (at 8 weeks!), the woman in the store asked me how far along I was and when I told her she just smiled and nodded and said "oh, you'll be back." Awesome.

If it makes you feel any better, I was a pretty full D before pg. One of the bras that I bought at 8 weeks (which was admittedly still a little big at the time) was a 3D. I do not want to get any effing bigger than this! My friend even commented on how huge my boobs looked this morning. Gah. They were big enough before!

I'm not sure what to expect. I now have D+ size porn star boobs (was a very large C, small D before pregnancy)! I say D+ because I haven't tried to fit them into anything bigger yet but they are spilling out of my current bra. I've been wondering about the bra thing too, should I invest in another nice VS bra (I have a $10 off coupon)...or just get something that 'works' from Kohl's. I'm interested to see what the second time mom's say.

Exactly my dilemma. I'm thinking I am going to go the cheaper route for now. lol Geek, porn star boobs!

I don't really remember either, but the porn star boobs.... Oh so true, mine were huge!! It looked like I went to the hospital to get a boob job not have a baby!

This made me LOL!

Mine are still growing though not as much. Before I had a little wiggle room in my C cup and now that room is getting smaller and smaller. I'm going to Kohl's after work to look for some new bras and under roos. I try not to get too depressed and look at it as a fun excuse to shop!

I have 3 sets of bras. 1 set for non pregnant, 1 set for pregnant and 1 set for nursing

I was able to stay in the same "pregnant set" throughout all of my pregnancies without any problems. I grew 2 cup sizes pretty much overnight. Towards the end of each pregnancy I would need to wear the nursing bras I bought because I did grow a bit in the last 4 weeks.

DH said to me while getting ready this morning, "I think we need to do a bit of shopping for you this weekend. Looks like you might need bigger bras again and I hear you mumbling about how none of your pants fit. It's time" lol. This was after his "WHOA, your boobs have gotten SOOO big!" comments. I was a B before so spilling out of C's now is quite newsworthy for him.

Oh and my favorite bra right now is the Coobie Bra. www.shopcoobie.com Looks similiar to a sports bra but so comfy and will grow with you!
