  I like Men's Health's Moroccan Stewed Chicken.  It calls for thighs, but DH prefers breasts, so I do a little of each!

  Meat  Marinade! It usually calls for round steak but we use chicken sometimes too. These are the ingredients:
  1/2 cup red wine vinegar
  1/2 cup oil
  1/2 cup ketchup
  2 tbs worcestershire sauce
  1 tsp salt
  2 cloves minced garlic
  1 tsp dry mustard
  dash pepper
  
  *Mix all together, pour over meat (cut into strips or bite sized pieces), broil until done. Serve meat and sauce over noodles.
