Just finished Day 1 of Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred. It was a pretty good workout for 20 minutes, which is perfect while having a newborn in the pack and play in the same room. Definitely broke a sweat and felt the "burn."
Are any other Feb Momma's doing this workout?
I'd recommend it. I got the DVD on amazon for $8.99.

I still have some time before I am allowed to workout but that DVD sounds great. I love The Biggest Loser and so I am sure I would like Jillian's workout dvd.
I am also wondering what type of equipment is needed, if any.
Only thing you need is a pair of hand weights and a mat (if you have hard floors) for ab work.
I use 3 lb weights to start with.
