I haven't tried Turbo Fire yet, but I plan to get it post-baby (due in January). I used to take Turbo Kick classes at my gym in grad school (also created by Chalene Johnson, but I think a little less intense) and had awesome results with that. I would go to an hour class about 3 times a week and got pretty toned - I loved my arms. It also improved my posture quite a bit by strengthening my back and core muscles. I also loved it because it was fun and that made me want to work out! Good luck! I would love to hear how it works out for you!
