And if so, how did it go?
When we put DS on formula at a month old, we tried the powder and it was an absolute NO-GO! It was way harsh on his little tummy and he would scream bloody murder and pull his little legs up right after eating. We thought maybe his system was a bit immature so we tried again at 2 months and he had the same reaction.
I have no trouble keeping him on the concentrate, but I have 4 tubs of the powder formula and wouldn't mind using it if I could.
Did you transition slowly? Like 3/4 concentrate to 1/4 powder and gradually increase, or go all at once? Or is it even worth it?
Re: Has anyone transitioned LO from concentrate formula to powder?
For some reason LO perfers the powder. The concentrate makes her constipated.
Mixing the 2 should help. It might also be worth it to invest in one of those pitchers. Then you can make the powder in a bigger batch and without so many bubbles. The pitchers mix it really well and with fewer bubbles. We have one--it's Dr Browns--and it was like $14
