My ET is Monday morning....are there any Do's & Don'ts I should know?
As far as bed rest goes.....basically I am only to get up to use the bathroom right?
Oh and do you think after the ET on Monday and Tuesday is enough bed rest?

Re: Tell me about ET & Bed Rest
Neither of my clinics require bedrest...they just want me to "take it easy". So i'd figure ur OK to be up a little, even on bedrest.
You have to eat and pee! I have to take off work for a few days, bc i have a pretty physical job. So "taking it easy" wouldn't be an option at work for me.
I agree with V
I've been to 3 clinics and no one ever recommended bed rest....I always pee a lot after so I am up and down quite a bit!
And bumping is definitely allowed

My clinic says to take it easy for the rest of the day after transfer and then I can go back to work the next (I have an office job). This time, like you, though I may take some extra time off afterwards for piece of mind!
Good luck Bella!
I understand the coulda, woulda, shoulda. My RE never told me I had to do bedrest but I did each time for peace of mind.
Good luck Monday!!
