FF question

I fiddled with my settings and it finally gave me crosshairs but that was depressing me, so I changed my detection method back to advanced and it took them away, which I am glad.  I can't stand how these temps looked against the CH.  My question is where do you kepp FF set and is there a reason to change??

    the advanced method is always wrong for me - usually off by a day. with my son it was off by 2 days.

    follow up - - i usually leave it on advanced...but then i have to adjust it.

    I currently have mine on fertility awareness.  The advanced didn't give me CH, but I'm pretty sure I O'd.  Check out my chart if you'd like.  This cycle was totally weird - but usually I keep it on advanced.

    Advanced didnt give me CH but I know I Oed (temp rise, opk, cm and body*) so I changed it to Research or something and got CH- then I changed the O day.

    *I know, sounds silly, but I just know how I felt when I Oed in the past. O cramps, fire nips--and my temps did rise. If I didnt have other indicators, I would have left it on Advanced.
