so ive been on bed rest 3 days in L&D. I cant even shower with a chair or someone watching me. all i wanna do is wash my hair lol. i gotta call anytime i need to even pee. but its for my own safety. just had to vent bc i cant sleep and actually have a cell signal atm.

That stinks! Have your DH bring you some dry shampoo - it really works to make you look like you could go another day without a wash.

Can't someone come in and at least wash your hair for you? I've heard of hospitals doing that for patients.

I'm sorry. I'd feel the same as you. I hate being on bed rest but it is for the best. I hope you can at least get your hair washed soon.

If you don't have one, ask for a little wash bin and take a sponge bath. Ditto to the idea of the dry shampoo. Next time you see the doctor, ask about a shower. If the orders aren't written, the nurses can't let you do it
