Growth Spurt?

My DS is 13 weeks actual, 3 weeks adjusted.  The last two days he's been abnormally fussy and seems to always be hungry.  Usually he takes around 3 ounces every 3-4 hours.  The last two days we've been giving him about 110ml's (instead of the 90-100 as per his usual) and he's super fussy and rooting 90 minutes later so we give him another ounce, then the same thing happens another 90 minutes later.  He's been rather fussy as well.  His temp has been pretty normal for him (give or take a few tenths) and his stools have been a little looser than normal, but other than that he seems fine.

Growth spurt?

    Sounds like it- DD was insatiable during her first few growth spurts, but that leveled out later on. She also gets really tired when she's in the middle of a spurt, so that might be another clue.
