Membrane stripping...how bad does it hurt?

I'm having it done Monday (if I'm dilated enough). How painful is it?

    It wasn't very painful for me.  Just felt like an extended internal with a little finger swish in there.

    LOL! Exactly. For me it was 2 fingers swishes... Not painful for me. Cramps afterwards hurt. Hope it works for you!!

    hmmm I guess it varies from person to person, I had my stripped yesterday and for me it did hurt. enough to make me almost tell the doctor to stop ( I didn't ) but I wanted to . it felt like pp said the Dr was shoving her finger between two object like a jar if you were to run your finger around the inside edge of a jar , but I did end up dilating more right after , and Ive been losing my mp today.

    it wasnt that bad...i did loose my mucus plug 1 or 2 days later...lot of cramping but no baby yet.....i had it done on tuesday...
