Boonshoft Museum in Dayton?

Anyone been?  I just found out that you can get in free if you have a membership to the Cincy Zoo.  It would be about an hour drive for us to get there, so I'm just wondering if it is worth going with a 3 y.o.  I'm also going to have a friend in town next weekend who has a 2 y.o. so if the weather is still yucky maybe we can do this?  TIA!

    I haven't been to the children's museums in Cincy, but we have a membership to the Boonshoft.  It has plenty for them to do and they have just redone the area with live Ohio animals (otters, fox, etc).  We really enjoy it.

    My dad takes my nephew all the time, he loves it!  They also have a membership.

    We have been a couple times and Cecelia loves it!  There are quite a few things to do there, so I think it would be worth the drive.

    We have passes to the Cincy Zoo too.  But last time I looked online, it said Zoo Pass holders got in for half price, not free.  But it has been awhile since I checked, so maybe they changed it?  Or the info was incorrect online?  But let me know if it really is free, because if it is, I may start taking her a lot in the evenings!  I would love a close, free place to play on yucky days!

    I have taken Cedric a few times already.  They have a great downstairs for the littlest and the upstairs for the older kids.  I'm sure a 3 year old would love both floors.  I love it at Boonshoft:)

    I called about a month ago and was told this same thing, that if we have a Cincy Zoo pass you can get in half price.  I would love to go sometime with if a playdate is made and we can make it!!

    I called Boonshoft today and it is 50% off w/ a zoo membership, but that is still a great discount.  I think we are planning on going next weekend with my friend and her LO.  Thanks for the feedback, ladies!
