getting feet above my heart

So at the last Dr appointment, we had her look at my feet.  They are HUGE!  She said that I needed to get them above my heart, but somehow not lie on my back.  She didn't have an idea of how to do that.  She just said try to figure a way and just don't lie on my back...  I still have not quite found out how to do that yet.

 Anyone have an idea?

    I was going to suggest the arm of the couch like she did - sort of like what you see in her siggy pic.

    this. i'm in the same boat. my midwife freaked out a bit today after seeing how big my feet were. i've been propping them up like this during the day and at night i put an extra pillow under my head and one under my feet (in addition to my body pillow).
