TTC after 35

I'm out for the month...

Nurse called. E2 is too high so the cysts are producing estrogen.  I'm sidelined for the cycle. I think I am going to take a break from everything this month to try to clear my head. I'm tossing the BBT in the drawer although I may still use the CBEFM. I'm going back to the gym tomorrow (I'm finishing my M&M's today and drinking tonight) and am going to focus on losing some weight this month. As part of my mental health break, I think I need to step away from Bumping as well. Maybe the break will do me some good.  I hope to see a bunch of BFP's when I return.

Baby dust to all:-)

Good for you. Take time for yourself. So sorry about the cyst, but maybe it's your body's way of telling you to take care of yourself.

Toss the BBT - I did and I felt better. I will miss you on here but will email you and check in Smile

  • hey for what it's worth my nurse said that the cysts and the estrogen-producing mean that our ovaries are working (mayb a little too well).    ovaries that aren't producing anything...well THAT would be worse.  So we got that going for us.

    deep cleansing breaths

hope you have a good break.  i wish i could step away as well ... i'm too obsessed.

  • You'll be missed, but I hope you have a good break.
  • :-( I just read your post from the other day. Im really sorry about what you are going through. I know when I took a break from the bump (I still lurked) I really stopped obsessing over TTC, it actually was a little freeing, which helped a little with the sadness and heart break that goes along with TTC. I hope the breaks help you as well. ((hugs))
  • I hope the break gives you everything you need :)  You'll be missed!

I'm not temping this month and it has allowed me to step back from this crazy rollercoaster of ttc a little bit.
