What time of year? The Waterclub or the other big restaurant at Marina Bay(now called Port something...) they both have great waterviews. Scituate is gorgeous too, just maybe a little pricer.
My rehearsal dinner was at Siros in Marina Bay---I'm sure that would be a nice baby shower too.
Also, certainly doesn't have a waterview, but my baby shower was at the Abington ale House and it was really nice. Food was great, room was large enough for 60 or so and nice and bright.

Hi! Port 305 in Marina Bay is nice, not too sure of prices. I also suggest Brimstone Tavern in Pembroke. Very reasonable, good food, beautiful function room and plenty of parking. I'll be looking at the South Shore as well! Good Luck!!!
Captain Fishbones, Port 305 and Siros are all in Marina Bay. Inn at Bay Point is in Quincy and right on the water. There's also Rafael's on Nantasket Beach.

it's not on the water, but my baby shower was at Scarlet oak which has great rooms for all different sized parties. the food is fabulous. another good option is pier 44 in scituate or atlantica in cohasset.
