i'm scheduled for a c-section tomorrow because our LO is breech. I'm starting to get nervous about postpartum activity. can anyone with experience share some ideas with me? waht can i do right away, how soon can i start working out the rest of my body, etc. tia!

Hey!
I just had a c/s about 3 months ago. Its still pretty painful, though I am able to get on the treadmill for 30- 45 min daily. I'm still haveing terrible difficulty with sit ups and anything that really works the core area.
