I've gone to this OB/GYN for years and really like him. But, I was curious of how his care would change now that I'll be seeing him for OB reasons. He's totally laid back, is fine with highlights, nail polish, a single caffiene drink a day (if I want or feel I need)... He's keeping me on prog supps, Metformin and baby asprin through 12 completed weeks, said I could lightly exercise (walking, swimming laps - at a slower pace). He was able to find and we could hear the heartbeat on the Doppler (~170-180 bpm - right in range). Overall, a good appointment!

Super appointment!
I like your OB's style, sounds very much like mine. It's weird having a doc that treats us like normal OB patients, but I think it helps settle us in to things better after the over-involvement needed during our IF process.
