Question for Shredders

I have 10 lbs from pregnancy to lose and would like to lose an additional 30 lbs. I am considering ordering the Shred to start once I am totally released to workout.  But not sure if it is the right workout to lose that amount of weight or if I need to wait until after I am closer to my goal. 

Have you had success with weight loss with it or just toning up?

  • I did not have any weight loss with it - only toning.  It did however kick me into gear and changed my way of thinking.  Prior to the Shred I was lazy and would work out here and there.  After doing the Shred, I see the importance of being active every day.  I now strive to eat healthier and keep busy.

    For you weight loss goal - if you have more to lose from the get go, you'll probably see better weight loss.  I don't think it would matter when you start it.  Either way you'll get some sort of results if you stick with it.  Good luck.

  • I can feel a difference in tone, but I lost nothing!..I am now going to do a colon/toxin cleanse and then starting back on a strict exercise program simular to the shred..gl!

  • I had both weight loss and major loss of inches...but I think I was in the minority.
  • I thought I would just add that the reason a lot of women aren't seeing much weight loss with the program is probably because they are building and gaining muscle and losing fat. I know in just the 3 days I've been doing it, my thighs and calves look a little firmer. I still have another 23 lbs to lose but even if 30DS doesn't help me in shedding those lbs, I'm pretty sure I'm going to be pleased with whatever results I do see. Anything's better than the flab I have now!
