I have 10 lbs from pregnancy to lose and would like to lose an additional 30 lbs. I am considering ordering the Shred to start once I am totally released to workout. But not sure if it is the right workout to lose that amount of weight or if I need to wait until after I am closer to my goal.
Have you had success with weight loss with it or just toning up?

I did not have any weight loss with it - only toning. It did however kick me into gear and changed my way of thinking. Prior to the Shred I was lazy and would work out here and there. After doing the Shred, I see the importance of being active every day. I now strive to eat healthier and keep busy.
For you weight loss goal - if you have more to lose from the get go, you'll probably see better weight loss. I don't think it would matter when you start it. Either way you'll get some sort of results if you stick with it. Good luck.
