30DS is killing me!

My thighs have never been this sore in my life! It hurts to walk and I can't even begin to describe the pain when getting up from a chair or the couch! Today is supposed to be D3L1 for me but I took the morning off. I think my muscles need to recoop a bit. I probably need to do more stretching at the end too. Hopefully I will be able to do it tonight. Did you girls just suffer through the pain or did you have to take breaks?

  • I suffered through it, and about 3 minutes into the workout I didn't feel the pain anymore. I still felt the burn from the workout but the soreness went away during it.

  • Suffer through it!  Like the PP, once you start the soreness goes away.  I was especially sore the 3rd day, too.  It gets better, and easier!

  • Thanks ladies! I'm definitely going to do it tonight after work. I was worried with my muscles being so sore that I mind injure something but if ya'll suffered through then I can too. I will say there's not one ounce of me that's looking forward to it! The only thing that makes me feel better is it's only 20 minutes. Thank God!

  • My calves are what's killing me!! OMG! I am going to make myself suffer through tonight though!
  • I just wanted to let you girls know that I went ahead and did D3L1 last night and ya'll were right. I stretched really well before I started and a few minutes into it, the soreness had gone away. I was really surprised at how much easier it was too. Don't get me wrong; it still kicked my butt, but I only had to take 2 few second breaks rather than stopping several times like I did on D1 and D2. I'm feeling really good about this!
