Middle name for Adam

I'm having a baby boy and I have named him Adam but I am needing a little help with his middle name. My ex husband wants me to put his middle name which is Luis. Any advice on a nice middle name for Adam

    I like Benjamin with Adam (This is my top name choice for a boy at the moment.) Luis goes with it too.

    I think anything would go with Adam. Is your ex husband the father? If so that seems like a nice thing to do if he is a great person who will be in the childs life.

    I've always loved the sound of Adam Joseph.  Luis works, but only if you are on good terms with your ex and he's the father and he will be around and active in his son's life. Whose last name will the baby have?

    No, my exhusband is not the father. But he will be active in the babys life. The real father is now doubting its his son so I refuse to name him after the dad. Also my exhusband has giving me more support than the real dad

    Nanna, I am on great terms with my ex husband and hes not the father but he will be in the babies life. The baby will be having my last name since the real dad said he doesnt think its his and I never cheated on him.

    In this case, then I think it's ok for you to give the baby the mn Luis but only if YOU feel 100% comfortable with honoring your XH for stepping up and being a friend to you.  My only worry would be if the XH feels like this in some way would make you beholden to him - like his involvement has strings attached.  If this is not the type of person he is and you have no concerns, then I think it's perfectly ok to consider using Luis.  Oh, and big Yes for giving the baby your last name.  Good luck!

    Thanks Nanna and we are actually trying to get back together since we do have two girls together. Hes a great man and come on how many men would step up and want to take care of another mans child. He is a blessing.
