Easter Dress Ideas?
I've been looking for an Easter dress for DD, but haven't found anything I just love. I kind of want something extra special since it's her first Easter.
Do you already know what outfit your LO will be wearing for Easter? Anyone know of a great website where I can find a cute Easter dress for a 9 mo. old?

I have a dress for both of my girls already. I bought Allie's from Dibble Dabble Dandy (on FB) back in the fall, and I got Amelia's from Tricia's Baby Station in Vestavia about a month ago (which is having a large sale right now.)

If she is 9 months now, you could probably get away with a 12 month in some things too. 9 month falls in the infant category and can be a little harder to find. I really like this dress:

I like preppy for my DS so he'll be wearing a long sleeve pink button down w/ a cream colored sweater vest. I bought the outfit for him to take his Valentine photo in but we simply must go out in it! He looked adorable. I do need to find new pants and shoes for him though.
I'm so glad you decided to play. I'm having a hard time finding something for M to wear for Easter. I get so frustrated looking for boy clothes, and not just for special occasion outfits either. It seems there's so much cute girl stuff and never anything that I particularly go crazy for in the little boys stuff. Where do you find cute stuff for M?
I ordered a dress from Smocked Steal of the Day on Facebook when they were running a pre-order for a light blue dress with a white cross smocked on it. I haven't gotten it yet, it ships at the end of this month, but I love the pictures of it.
I have seen some really cute and colorful dresses at both Children's Place and Old Navy, and then RN, Dibble Dabble, Smocked Steal of the Day, and My Messy Monkey's has some really cute smocked stuff.
Last year for A's first Easter I got her a Petit Ami dress from Belk's..they have some pretty ones as well.
For most of it, I find it at TJ Maxx or Marshalls - I bargain shop. I've also found a lot of from Target and Kohls. The sweater and shirt for Easter are Ralph Lauren. I found the sweater on super sale @ Macy's for $10, then I decided I had to have a pink shirt. Didn't care what brand it was but I ended up finding it at the RL outlet in Leeds - which is fantastic for baby and toddler boys by the way. They always have some things on sale. It is much tougher for boys. I always see so many things I'd get if I had a little girl. And recently on a trip to Atlanta I got him a bunch of things from H&M. Very, very reasonable.
I agree! I have gone through racks and found things I like right now, but even when I do-there's still way less variety/colors for boys. And it cracks me up how they do the limited number of themes and just mix them up. For example, you could pick dinosaurs, or sports, -or dinosaurs playing sports. lol.
I haven't tried to buy special occasion clothing yet but I can definitely see how it'll be tough! At any rate, that preppy look sounds it'll be SO cute!
