luteal phase defect

Doc is doing blood work next wk b/c she thinks i have this. Anyone have this?
TTC since 06/2010 HSG-clear,SA-good DX:Unexplained IUI#1-(May) 100mg of clomid +trigger + progerstrone supp=BFN IUlI#2-(June) 100mg of clomide+trigger+progesterone supp=BFN JuLy Break for vaca. IUI#3 (Aug) 100mg of clomid+trigger+progesterone=BFN IVF trial started in Oct-Nov ER-15 Retrieved, 13 mature, 11 fertilized. 5dt on 11-15-11 Beta #1 9dp 5dt= 107 Beta#2 331 Lilypie First Birthday tickers

    Married 5/15/10. Me (29). DH (33). BFP#1 7/25/10 - Missed m/c 8wks - D&E 8/25/10 BFP#2 12/25/10 - Missed m/c 7wks - D&E 1/20/11 (second loss due to abnormal chromosome 7) Genetics testings- Normal. RPL panel results- Normal. Elevated FSH (14). DH b/w normal. SA- Normal. HSG- Left tube possibly blocked. Minor septum removed. My Ovulation Chart ~~ Hope is the companion of power, and mother of success.     The gyno thinks I got pregnant but had an early miscarriage b/c my progesterone from day 14 on is too low to sustain a pregnancy. So i am getting my hormone tested next wk to see if its low.

    Are you charting?

     

    Maybe your progesterone is low after day 14 because you haven't actually ovulated yet.  

    BFP 1/9/10
    Saw Heartbeat 2/3/10 No heartbeat 2/8/10 ~ D&C 2/9/10
    BFP 8/2/10 M/C 8/5/10
    Fall 2011: SA, all normal  6/12/12: Lap and Tubal Dye Test: Moderate endo everywhere, 95% removed, Tubes open!
    Femara + B2B IUIs with great numbers on 9/9 & 9/10 = BFN
    Femara + trigger + IUI with awesome #'s on 10/6 = BFN
    Femara + B2B IUIs with still great numbers 11/12 = BFN
    Femara + B2B IUIs with even better #'s 12/12 = BFP!!!

    You should try it... that's a sure way to see if you have a luteal phase defect. You can get to www.fertilityfriend.com thru my ticker. Take their tutorial and sign up! It makes a difference!

    I have a LPD. I realized it when I looked over my charts and saw I was not going past 10 dpo. My dr confirmed it with a test on 7 dpo. He said the same thing, I am getting pregnant, but I cannot sustain the pregnancy. Now, When I ovulate I start taking Prometrium (progesterone). My last two cycles, I reached 12 dpo. This is our third try and if this does not work, then we will have to try something else. GL!!!
