I am taking over FU Fat while CG is on her Lenten Bump Fast. I couldn't find the one from last week, so if you had a question that wasn't answered, please feel free to ask it again. So ladies, how are we doing?

    Weekly Questions

    1.How did your week go? I was really frustrated yesterday when I weighed myself and saw that I had gained 1/2 a pound, but then I figured out that I wasn't eating enough. I weighed myself today, and I am down a lb. Stupid scale!
    2.Are you up, down, the same or n/a this week? I am down a lb, and I have lost 7 inches since I started this journey.
    3.How much are you down total? Total 12, 7 since starting to track on myfitnesspal.com
    4.If you are not doing weight, how are your other fitness goals going? I just keep adding days of Spin. Tomorrow I am going to try Zumba. I have turned into a workout junkie.
    5.Is there any new product that you found that you would like to share with others that has helped you. (Like a fitness DVD, a new class somewhere, or a new food item). MyFitnessPal is the best thing since sliced bread. I feel like I am learning better, more sustainable habits than I did on WW. I just love this program.
    6.What do you plan to do different this week than last to help you reach your fitness/health goals? Nothing. I am right on track.

    7. New receipe(s) to share? Gina's Baked Potato Soup is to die for, and so is this casserole from Cooking Light!

    1.How did your week go? It's going well, other than AF showing up and my snot slinging son passing his cold on to me.
    2.Are you up, down, the same or n/a this week? Down half a lb this week
    3.How much are you down total? Total 12.5 lbs in 2 months to the DAY! Woot go me!
    4.If you are not doing weight, how are your other fitness goals going? I have surprised myself with how much I make an effort to work out.  I will do it with T now just to get it in.  This week hasn't been that great but my body is in over load with AF and sickness.  Still managed to get 3 days in, and I'll try my best today.
    5.Is there any new product that you found that you would like to share with others that has helped you. (Like a fitness DVD, a new class somewhere, or a new food item). MyFitnessPal is the best thing since sliced bread. I feel like I am learning better, more sustainable habits than I did on WW. I just love this program. DITTO, thank you K for introducing it to me.  I think I am going to go cancel my WW account.  This site is AMAZING!
    6.What do you plan to do different this week than last to help you reach your fitness/health goals? I will start a new DVD, I've been using the 30 day Shred but I HATE level 2 and need something more challenging.  I ordered Ripped in 30 which I've heard it's a bit harder.  Can't wait to try it!

    1.How did your week go?   I have my period this week, so it hasn't been that great.
    2.Are you up, down, the same or n/a this week?   I was down as of last Friday, but I don't think I've lost since then (maybe even gained a pound or so).

    TTC #2 for a million years: SA normal, CD 23 bloodwork shows nothing amiss, ovulation detected. Next step: ? maybe CD3 bloodwork to check eggs? All out of pocket, so limited IF tests/treatments.

    1.How did your week go?  Not really good.  In fact the past couple months have not been very good.  It's been stressful and I've been eating a lot.  I need to get on top of this, so I joined WW online again.

    3.How much are you down total?  Up right now.  I'm starting again fresh.
    4.If you are not doing weight, how are your other fitness goals going?

    7. New receipe(s) to share?  I made a whole wheat flat bread last night.  I used my bread machine rather than making it by hand, but it turned out really good!   I can't find the recipe online.  I got it from one of the recent WW's magazines.

    Try Shred it with Weights, it is a Kettlebell workout,  you don't need a Kettlebell,a regular dumb bell works as too.  I was getting bored with Shred and switched and I am in love.  I am going to order Ripped as well.
