We are having a party for the boys and DD since their Bdays are only 3 days apart and famiyl is coming from far away. We are having a luau party. It is at 3:00 (weird time i know, but i planned it around the boys schedules) The party is mostly famiyl and a few friends, only about 8 kids all under 4 which includes mine. I was doing heavy hordourves. I am not sure if this is enough food/variety,
Here is what i have so far: Mini teriyaki chicken kabobs, bbq pork, Hawaiian rolls, fruit salad, flower shaped pb&j for kids and cake.
How does this sound? Any other ideas? I am not the best at party planning.

The Bump MoM Recipe Collection
I love this stuff. I think your menu sounds great.
Coconut shrimp is also a hit with that type of theme although I'm not a fan myself.
What are you doing for drinks? A punch of some kind with pineapple would work well with the rest of your menu.
Sounds great but it seems like you may be missing a veggie...sweet potatoes are Hawaiian so maybe you can find a recipe that uses them. A pineapple would be fun to decorate with -- and be sure to include that in your fruit salad. :-)
I picked up hawaiian leis at a dollar store one time for a party and it made every photo of the event fantastic -- so much color and so festive. Hope it's fun!
