Do any of you know about power tools?

i feel so lame asking this but DH listed a bunch of power tools he would like for his Bday and he keeps mentioning a saw-saw? is that the same as a reciprocating saw?

I wish I could just buy hi a gift card but he knows how much I am spending because we always budget our BDays and have all joint accounts so the least I can do is get the freaking present so that is not just as if he is buying it for himself.

Does he mean a sawzall? Milwaukee makes this brand-- it's the best sawzall on the market. Let me know with more ???'s I sell this stuff.

do you mean saws-all instead of saw-saw? Saws-all and reciprocating saw are the same thing.

It may be one of those. He has been "saying it" and my foreign ear may not be hearing all of it. I usually have to ask him to spell certain things.

I would guess it's a sawzall. Men love these. They have them battery powered (really cool), or electric cord.

As a bonus, get him a 5 pack of blades. There's a kit with 5 different blades, for all the stuff he'll have to tear-up.

If it is a sawzall (sp?), DH just got one this summer when he redid our kitchen. It's one of his favorite toys. He keeps saying he is going to build things - a toy box, a spice rack - silly boys.
