Mine did with DS, but I can't remember exactly when. It did by the time we had our babymoon in mid-October (and he was born early January).
This time around, I feel like it is already starting to move out (I'm almost 17 weeks) although it definitely hasn't popped yet.
It's not pierced.
I don't remember when mine popped out before. Right now it's just stretched open, and I'm at 20 wks.
I did have a belly ring during my 1st pg, and the dr had told me that I could leave it in the whole time, but by 7 months I was getting so big that it started freaking me out. I was at my mom's house at the time, and I ended up panicking, and my little (18 yr old) brother pried it open with needle nose pliers for me (a comical image now looking back, but I was so worried when I couldn't manage to get it out myself at first).
1. yes. It's about as inside-out as it's going to be at 38.5 wks (I hope!). It became visible under shirts a few weeks ago.?

I am really looking forward to having it go back to its former innie state.
Mine hasn't popped yet, but parts of it are starting to show through clothes. It started to become noticable at about 25 wks.
No piercing here.
Mine is getting more and more shallow. It'll probably go flat, if not pop.
