morning sickness or no?

just interested to know....

I have no morning sickness, just slight nausea in the morning, (I am 8 weeks tomorrow) how many of you had morning sickness, how many nausea, and how many no sick feelings at all?

and did the wives tale turn out to be true for you, nausea or no sickness=BOY, morning sickness=GIRL (know its not true, just wanna see how it panned out for everyone)

    With my first I had no MS and was just nauseated and exhausted...I had a girl.  This time is the same thing, but obviously don't know what I will be having for months.

    So far I have been very fortunate. I am only slightly nauseous in the morning but once I eat it subsides. So we will see!

    Only really nauseous.  Dry heaved, but never threw up.  It seems to come and go though.  At the worst it lasted about a week and it was morning, noon, and night...bleh.  Seems to be getting better (hopefully).

    same here shpointers! mine started a little later though, I did not start feeling nauseous in the mornings until about 5 or so days ago which would have put me in the early parts of 7 weeks. we are going to be happy with a healthy baby of course, but are hoping for a boy, my dad never had one :)

    I had barely any with DD, and a ton with this pregnancy. I now have my hopes completely up that this one is a boy.

    I have virtually no nausea in my first pregnancy; I have a beautiful almost 2-year-old girl.

    I've been nauseated most of the day, everyday (and dry heaved a few times) with this baby; obviously we don't know the sex yet.

    No morning sickness yet but I'm practically 5 minutes pregnant, so maybe it's still coming. 

    I had no morning sickness with #1 and the old wives tale was correct - he was a boy.

    I didn't have ANY sickness or nausea with my first, and he's a boy.  This time, I've had intermittent m/s and nausea.

    My SIL never had any m/s and she has 2 girls...

    Last time I had a ton of nausea and wished I could vomit in hopes it would subside - I had a boy.

    This time - I have very little nausea and won't find out gender for quite a while (but I'm thinking girl)

    Well, most people on this board will not know what they are having yet so you're not going to have much repsonse only from second time mom's. I was nauseated with DD from wks 6-12 and she is a girl. My M/S didn't start with this one until 7 weeks but I am much more nauseated this time around. We'll see what I am having in about 10-12 weeks.

    My morning sickness just started this week, and it's really mild. More like an all day queasy stomach only happy when I am eating.

    I'm not sick yet with this pregnancy, but with DS, I was horribly sick from 5 weeks until 28 weeks. I had a boy which is the oppositive of the OWT.

    With DD, i had no morning sickness at all, and I am not quite 6 wks, so not sure if I will get it with this one.  but so far, seems the same as the first go round.

    I was sick until 6 months pregnant. Throwing up all day every day. I had a girl. :)

    I was very sick with my first and it was a boy. So far only pangs of nausea this time, but its still super early. I've heard the opposite- sick with a boy, not with a girl. And I have three friends that just had girls that weren't sick at all. Not that there is a real coorelation there, but just sayin.
