Rec. an OB - Macomb/Oakland areas?

I'm looking for a new OB. Our last OB was great with doing ultrasounds early and kinda as often as you want (I know some don't agree w/this but I like the peace of mind) but his office has moved. I'd like to find someone similar in/around Royal Oak or surrounding areas. Any recs? Thanks! :)

  • Dr. Nancy Afr

She is wonderful!  You never have to wait and she is so nice!  She is in Rochester off Crooks just N or Auburn Rd.

Cannot say enough good things about her!! She is a Beaumont doc who delivers at Troy....maybe other hospitals too...not sure!

  • Also, I was not supposed to get an U/S at 12 weeks but asked her anyway if I could have one...she was excited that I asked and took me to the room and scanned me...it was so great!!
  • Dr. Burton Brodsky. He is in Ferndale. Here are some online reviews of him and his practice.

  • I live in RO and I got to Somerset OB GYN over in Troy (right past the mall)

My fav doc there is Dr Garica but there are a few to choose from. It's a great practice. When I was preggo with my 2nd they gave me an U/S apt when I scheduled my 1st OB apt, not sure if it's the norm but you could say you were not sure of your conception date and that usually gets an u/s Wink

  • I go to the Michigan Womens Health Clinic in Clawson.  There are eight doctors in the practice (6 men, 2 women).
