Anyone work for Quicken Loans?

I'm interviewing for a position in Detroit (non-mortgage banking job) and was wondering what you thought of them? Benefits, perks, work/life balance.

    My friend works there and loves it. I am pretty sure her dd does to the daycare there. She seems like she has a lot of fun working there (per fb)

    oooooooohhhh...they have an on-site daycare? That sparked my interest a little more! It's hard talking with a recruiter b/c they make everything sound great. I would love to talk with another "mom" who works there for perspective.

    i have a friend's hubby who works there. they treat their employees really well from what i hear. a few years ago they had a party for everyone at the rock and roll hall of fame and kid rock played a concert. (pretty sweet if you ask me)

    I was offered a job there a few months ago.  They start a lot people out as temps, in non banker positions.  Once you are hired on as an actual employee, the benefits package is pretty good.  There is also an onsite daycare and preschool, that is awesome.  For drop in daycare it is $40 and weekly runs around $200.  Bankers tend to work a lot longer hours, than operations.

    My dh works for Quicken.  He loves it especially downtown bldg.  They are very laid back, plus they have popcorn and slushie machines.  The colors are very vibrant and a fun place to work.

    As far as the day care it is a Bright Horizons and was placed on site for Compuware.  It is open for a select few companies and is located on the 2nd floor of the Compuware bldg.   They have 6 Infant rooms, 7 Toddler rooms, 3 preschool rooms and a Kindergarten.
