  While I've never heard it pronounced I like it. In my head it's CAL-um. There is a mama on the AP boars with a Callum and he's a cutie.

  I have never heard of it pronounced as Kay-lum. Only CAL-um, like CAL ifornia.

  I think it is OK as a name. There are other similar C names that I think are nicer.

  I always thought it was pronounced Cal-um too (isn't there a famous actor with this name?  I've seen it before).  I was surprised about the guy my husband met.  I wish I knew how he spelled it! 

  Anyway, it's now on our list!

  it's a cute name. my husband has a friend name Cullen which i think is really different but i like it. i didn't like it at first but it's grown on me.
