I broke my engagement ring

I got my hand caught in a sliding door at work on Monday. It didn't hurt, and the stone is still there, so I thought it was fine.
I take my rings off before I get into the shower, and I noticed instead of round, the ring is bent a little. Whatever.
This morning I realized the metal has a small tear in it. And it's super bent.
Boo.
Anyone have an idea on whether to fix it or replace it?

It is insured, and I'd like to fix it rather than replace it... sentimental, plus we're working REALLY hard to stick to our budget (and it's working so I don't want to go off it!!)
This. My I've had two prongs replaced because they were bent so badly.
If they can't fix it, then look into replacing.
Was it under warranty?
