There has been a link posted a couple times to an article about gentle/natural cesareans, so I thought y'all might be interested in this video. It talks about what they do and why and shows it in practice with a woman who scheduled an RCS.

Warning: it shows parts of the actual operation, so if that makes you squeamish, you might not want to watch!

    I definitely don't want to see my incision as I'm a tad queasy about that but that was such a beautiful c/s. Thank for sharing!

    How in the world is this mom able to watch them do her C?  My DH gave me a play by play and I told him to stop :)  Great video though!

    Thanks!!! I am so very fortunate that I had a beautiful c/s.. Held him immediately (with DH help of course since I was being sewn back up and was laying flat) but I carried him out of the OR.. He never left my side. My OB took us into a recovery room where she helped me breastfeed right away... I wish all c/s were like that!!! (I understand you can't with an emergency c)
