Recreations Outlet tomorrow at 10:00 am

In light of the icky weather tomorrow I am taking my kids to the Recreations Outlet at Kids First tomorrow at 10:00 for open play. Open play lasts an hour. We'll be there if anyone wants to join us.

Kids First is located in Symmes Township on Kemper near Montgomery Rd.

    Speaking of which, aren't you at work right now? I would hate to think my tax dollars are being used for you to read TB. I might call my representative. Fiscal waste. :P

    Haha, you caught me! In my defense, though, I don't take a lunch break. Does that make me look a like a better employee?

    See? This is why I don't need FB - I'm already so addicted to TB that it's interfering with my daily functioning!

    P.S. If "fiscal waste" is the worst name I get called today, I'll consider it a good day.

    You post all you want, girl. Lord knows when I was working in schools I seldom took a lunch break and I never once took my "planning period" to which I was contractually entitled. But our school computers couldn't access ANYTHING. That network was more restrictive than China's.

    Is your position 9 month, 10 month, year round? Meaning, are you off in summers? Some years I worked a year-round schedule and didn't have my summers off. But we'll definitely do play dates in the summer if you're off. There are several nice parks that are equidistant (how's that for using an S.A.T. word in everyday language) from our houses.

    I have not been to kids first yet simply because other places are closer, but could you tell me how much their open play is? And what do they have to play with, is this like Rec Outlet in MIlford, or Run Jump and Play in Deerfield?
