Sorry ladies, I'm late posting this. What did you do last week? Are you making progress towards your goals?
I'm trying to get back in shape before I start training for a 1/2 marathon. All I've done since DS was born is walking, so I have a lot of work to do on my cardio. I plan on spinning twice a week and easing back into running.
Sunday: nada
Monday: walked 3 miles
Tuesday: walked 3 miles
Wednesday: spinning class, walked 3 miles
Thursday: 30 minutes of aerobics
Friday: 3 hours of shopping- that counts, right?
Saturday: walked 3 miles

OP: I've always wanted to take a spin class. If I ever decide to get a gym membership, I'll try it. I hear it is brutal!
Spinning is a fun challenge when you're in shape. It's beyond brutal when you're in my shape! I love C25k. That's how I got into running years ago
Still waiting for full clearance from doctor - but I did go grocery shopping Saturday and that seemed like quite a workout at 2 weeks post c-section.
I have been cleared to begin light stretching and 5-10 minutes of walking or stationary bike daily beginning this week.
