37wk appt today, 2cms dialated, but effacement is not occuring @ this time. it feels like it should be may already! and the fact that time seems to be slowing down @ this time is really getting me aggrivated! im excited and all, but lets get this show on the road! i cant stand the hot flashes and the heartburn! oh and id like to see past the belly, ya know tie my shoes, zip my pants, not have the bottom of my stomach hang out bc ive dropped so low. im just so ready!

    I hear ya. I have no idea if I'm progressing or not but I would like to not projectile vomit every morning, which seems to be a nice new symptom

    I wouldn't really worry that much about it.  You still have 3 weeks to go and dilation and effacement aren't signs you will go into labor.  That is why I turned down internals until 39 weeks 3 days.  Because I wasn't going to get myself worked up over nothing.

    I am declining internals. It doesn't mean anything and I know myself and I'll get obsessed...

    I'm in the same boat.  I've been walking and doing everything I know to do to get him to come.  Pregnancy has been cool but this is the end and I'm more uncomfortable every moment.

    hold on honey...you can do it...I know how you feel...I've been having contractions for 2 weeks now, some were I was almost on my way in to L&D and then they stopped....

    I feel like the T-Mobile Commercial with Dwyane Wade and that the baby is beating me up, screaming, GET ME OUTTA HERE! Last night he was moving around so much it was actually hurting me. I swear a foot came out of my skin by at least 2 inches.
