1 week in to the 30 Day Shred and...drumroll please... I have lost 2 inches off my waist and 1 inch off my hips! WOW- Motivation!!! I hope things stay at this pace! Level 1 is starting to get easy..looking forward to Level 2 in a day or so!

I did D2 of L2 this morning and I feel great! It is still tough especially getting through the strength moves but the cardio is getting easier.

I just started. D1L1 for me. OP I must say hearing your results are getting me super excited! Even though I need to lose about 20 lbs, my waist is my biggest issue. My tummy is just mush since giving birth. I look forward to ya'll helping me stay in check everyday.
I am finally back on the workout train!
This morning I jogged 1 mile on the treadmill, almost ran the whole thing out of 17 mins I walked 5. A 2 min warm up walk & 3 min walk when I thought I was going to pass out from jogging.
Tonight after dinner & DS goes to bed I plan on shredding, I gained 5lbs back of my 10lbs I lost!
So angry with myself! I have not yet measured to see what I lost & after getting on the scale I probably won't until I can do a full week of working out again.
Anyone want to text me every morning telling me I am fat & to get out of bed? I obviously need someone behind me pushing me & my SO is rather lazy (spoken in the nicest way possible) so he is no help..
I did a 25 min. run on my C25K program. I didn't think I was going to make it. I struggled towards the end but pushed through.
Congrats to the OP. Those stats are impressive. Keep it up.
