...and post! I need to know I'm not the only one out there not having a baby at 38 weeks. I am not going to consent to an induction until 42 weeks or later even though it's a daily struggle not to just sob my eyes out in a pathetic pity party!

Maybe we can support each other even if it's just "I'm out here too!"

I'm 40 wks tomorrow! Not feeling sorry for myself yet, but I am starting to worry that nothing will happen in the next two weeks (because there is nothing going on yet) and I'll have to get induced

Im 5 days overdue. I have an appointment tomorrow and if I don't go into labor tonight she will induce me on Thursday. I am going crazy that she is not here yet

I was trying to not get upset about it but I saw my siggy ticker thing that said today was my due date with a happy little exclamation mark and knowing that NOTHING is/has/will happening/en made me burst into tears. Gah Mandy suck it up! I just dread having to go back to work tomorrow and face all those morons and their harassment. I am seriously thinking about sheeting off my cubicle. I already stopped facebooking and answering any texts. JUST COME OUT ALREADY!!!

Let me join the club!

No dilation to speak of but my induction is scheduled for Sunday. DH and I were both over 8lbs, but I was 2 weeks early...I'm nervous about having a huge baby and an unsuccessful induction.

I am over 40 weeks and I actually just started having contractions tonite! I am thinking it's the real deal, but they aren't consistent enough - yet! I am hanging in there and seeing what happens....hoping and praying : ) If she doesn't come by thursday, I am being induced at 7am thursday morning. It's the office's policy to induce at 41 weeks.

My due date is tomorrow and I've been super depressed today! I just wish something would happen! I am going crazy just sitting and waiting! Every morning when I wake up i'm disappointed that I didn't wake up in the middle of the night in labor. My next drs. appointment is Friday so if nothing happens by then we will probably start talking induction.

I'm still around and am ok with it! I said from the beginning that I didn't think she'd make her appearance on time but that as long as we got past SS's birthday (last Mon) I was ok with anytime. I have an appt tomorrow and since I'm overdue I know we'll have to talk induction (my dr office only lets you go to 41 1/2 weeks). Here's hoping she makes her appearance before then!

Me! We're inducing Wednesday (at 41 weeks) but I really wanted him to come on his own before then! I was late with my first, and now even later with my 2nd. With my daughter, my water broke, but I needed Pitocin to get labor going... I'm wondering if my body is even capable of going into labor on its own!

I've been having contractions for the last two nights, but they haven't turned into labor.

Come on, little buddy!

I'm 41 weeks today, getting induced on Wednesday and not really too excited about being induced

. Tomorrow I'm going to to take a very very long walk, see if that does anything, but thus far I have felt absolutely nothing other than her moving around and being perfectly content with her current state. I already took my leave from work a week before my due date but I have stopped looking at my cell phone because I'm sick of seeing "Is she here yet?". Blah, it's good to know my daughter is going to be a stubborn little thing!!!

I am 40 weeks and 4 days pregnant. I have an induction scheduled for Monday morning if she has not made her debut yet. I am praying that she comes before that. I would rather not be induced if possible.

I am 40 weeks today, but have had intense back pain and lower period like cramps for a while now. I might call my doctor and see what she says. So maybe I am going to the hospital, maybe not...

I don't know what it is but I just have no interest in talking to anyone who's not 40+ weeks pregnant and stopped facebooking, texting, taking calls everything lol! I have a Dr appt Thurs hopefully there's a little progress from the 1cm 50% effaced I was last Thurs. The 4 mile walks are getting old...

OK - Technically I am not past due yet. My due date is in 2 days and I haven't had any cervical checks so I have no clue if Im dilated/effaced or anything. I've been having BH contractions here and there but nothing that seemed to be real timeable contractions.

All this time, I kept saying I'd probably go early because my first child was born at 36 weeks....now here I am at almost 40 weeks and nothing seems to be going on. my MIL keeps calling everyday to ask if I've had the baby....as if I would have the baby and not tell her Confused

My dr offered to sweep my membrane today but I decided to hold off until next week if it comes to that. I'm hoping to avoid getting to that point. Ugh! This is becoming quite frustrating.
