I've heard from my mom friends that the citi mini is great b/c it is light, folds easily and is compact, however, if you want a running stroller, it needs to really be a running stroller, otherwise the suspension can't handle the bumps in the sidewalk, and to get a BOB if you intend to work out while pushing LO. I think I want to get both...
We had a snap and go to use with the Graco Snugride 32. We then also purchased a BOB for longer walks and now use the most. BOB can be used with an infant seat as well with an attachment, but you cannot run/jog with infant until 6 or 8 months I believe.
For #2, I want to get Baby Jogger City Select with the two seats and will think about a double BOB, but probably not for now.

We got the Baby Jogger City Mini as well. It is so light and folds up sooo easily with just 1 hand! Even though I don't quite have a baby yet...I love it! haha We also got the Peg perego infant seat due to the side impact protection feature. It is also compatible with the city mini. I hope to get a BOB running stroller when LO is a little bigger.
Call me crazy but I'm not going to get a stroller yet. But we will start off with a Snap N Go and try to carry/wear the baby as much as possible at first. We want to see if this will serve us until the baby is old enough for a light umbrella stroller.
If not, then I do have to say that I'm quite impressed with the Uppababy Vista largely because of the option to add a 2nd seat later. But it's pricey. I also really liked the Mamas & Papas Sola.
We haven't decided on a carseat yet but we'll probably visit BRU or a department store and try them out. I'm looking for something that's light and easy to take in and out of the car.
Another vote for the City Mini here, and will be using the Chicco Keyfit car seat. Instead of an adapter bar to attach it to the stroller, we will be getting a Snap n Go stroller as well.

Have you read the stroller part of Lucie's List? That might be helpful.
We're going with the Baby Jogger City Mini and using an adapter bar so we can pair it with our Graco Snugride 22 for the first few months.
Same stroller & adapter bar, but I'm getting the Chicco Keyfit car seat - my sister had it for my niece, who is now in a convertible, so it's just the easiest/most convenient thing for us to do.
We are going w/ Graco Snugride for car seat & Snap N Go for at first, also going to use Chicco Capri for travel & small stroller when LO is older. Hoping to get a BOB Revolution off Craig's List...H & I like walking & jogging!
We are getting the City Mini and a snap and go. If DH decides he is going to start jogging with the baby, then we will invest in a BOB. As for a carseat, we will either get the Chicco Keyfit or the Britax Chaperone.
I registered for the Britax Chaperone Infant seat, and the Peg Perego Pliko Switch Compact 2011. Its not a travel system, so I'll use a snap n go with the infant seat in the beginning if needed.
We are going with he Bugaboo Donkey stroller. It is scheduled to be released this Spring. It is pricey but it is a single stroller that can be converted to a double.
As far as car seats go I'm thinking we are going to go with Peg Perego.
We got the lightweight Combi Cosmo EX stroller. I wanted something easy for me to handle and get in and out of the car. Definitely test out strollers in the stores---some are really heavy and hard to navigate! We are going to register for the Chicco Key Fit 30 car seat.
I am getting the UPPA Baby Vista along with the Maxi Cosi car seat + the adapter for the stroller. I loved my Bugaboo with my son but like a few features the UPPA is offering that makes it a better choice for me this time.
I know the price can be off putting but if you live in an urban city or a location where you walk often it is beyond worth it if your little one can be cozy and have the ability to relax during your outings.
Mother to beautiful 7 year old son, and little girl born in July
We're getting the Graco Snugride 35 and the City Mini with the adapter bar. Baby Bargains approved! Love the City Mini, test drove it at BRU and it's so lightweight, sturdy, manuverable, and folds up easily and compact.

I know this is a late response but when DD was a new baby we had a Graco snug ride and the Stokke Xplory stroller, I ABSOLUTELY LOVED and ADORED my Xplory and I was very sad to see it go but we loved it and it was amazing, DD loved being so high so she could see everything and DH and I are tall it was perfect for us. I would recommend it to every new parent and a already parent, all I say is make sure you have a BIG trunk cause the Xplory is big and does take up space but other than that it is perfect, no complains! BUT I think next baby we will be getting the Orbit baby travel system.
We are going with the Chicco Keyfit & adapter bar for the BOB revolution SE.
Same here.
Ditto! We got the Bob last weekend, and I'm in love! It is so easy to use and the adapter bar on the new ones is really simple to take off when needed.

Jealous!
We're also going with the City Mini, with the Chicco Keyfit and adapter bar.
