  I Ep- i wash in soapy water most of the time- and then run it through the dishwasher at the end of the day even though i am sure the hot soapy water is good enough.

  I also EP and I don't sterilize after each use. I wash in hot soapy water after each pumping, I usually sterilize once a week.

  I rinse in warm water and steam clean in medela steam bags.

  I just use the wipes in between pumpings at work and keep the parts in a cooler. I sterilize in the bags at night.

  At work, I wipe the parts with the Medela Quick Wipes and sterilize all the parts at the end of the day at home.
