The zoo doesn't have coupons but if you go on the 2nd Tuesday of the month, adults pay only $4. Kids under 2 are free. We have a membership so we go there a lot.
The Children's museum is fun, esp. when the weather outside is bad. OMSI is a good one too. The Saturday Market might be fun. They sell all kinds of crafts there and food.
McMenamins Kennedy School in NE has movie matinees but the movies are not always for kids, mostly for moms with small kids.
If you have a membership to your local zoo, you may be able to get in free to the Oregon Zoo. It has deals with other zoos around the country. (We have used this when we travel.)
