I'm going to guess 9 months or so. I just remember him being sick and the pedi said we could give him yogurt because of the bacteria in it...it would help.
I send the Gerber yogurt to school - the kind you don't have to keep in the fridge. It is strange, but Cooper loves it.
I did the yobaby yogurt, but now they have some gerber ones in the actual baby food isle. I started at about 3-4 months, but I didn't follow the doctor's rules. I never will either lol.

Around 10 months, but it wasn't because we were worried about allergies. He just didn't want solids before then.
Dx: PCOS and short luteal phase
