    I've done this more times than I like to admit. You can usually save the phone as long as you take the battery out immediately and then put the phone in front of a fan... but then again its a good excuse to get a new one!

    I used to work at Best Buy customer service during college and one day a girl came in to exchange her phone.  While I was looking at it and taking the battery out, she begins to tell me how this weekend she got drunk and dropped it into the toilet while peeing.  I literally dropped the phone and told her we couldn't help her.  Then I washed my hands for about a hour.  Gross!

    I agree with 1-3 and my LG Envy had it's last days swimming in pedicure water. I am not the proud owner of an LG Dare and love it. :) Isn't it too bad how our old phones commit suicide by jumping on their own into water? Pooor guys...

    Did you have to fish it out???  YUCK!  I have left mine in my back pocket and it has fallen out barely missing the toilet before so i understand...  ick, ick, ick!

    hahaha, my dh just accused me of murdering the phone, too. but i sware, total accident! i'm actually waiting on two important calls now and can't get them!

    i'm on t-mobile, which doesn't have the best phones, but i am digging the new g1. i may stop at the store on the way home and play.

    I have a razor too & I hate it with the passion.  It's the slowest phone ever & the stupidest purchase I've ever made.

    My Razor made it through many swims but my Venus did not. It died as soon as it hit water!
