I hate the "term of endearment" when someone says "my old man" or "my old lady". I also make assumptions about how intelligent someone is based upon their usage of this. XH used to call me "his old lady" so maybe this has something to do with it?

I use......E's father or "my exFi" or his name...most people know who I am talking about when I say his name, and the rest of the time I don't talk about him, so there is no need for any other names.
Yeah, I hate this term, but I use it in a pinch with people because saying "my sister's baby's father, who wants to be more but my sister is too dumb to date/marry." is just too damn long in some social situations. It saves so many unwanted questions like "How long have they been dating?" and "How long were they dating before she got pregnant?" If I just say my sister's baby's biological dad people still ask way too many damn nosy questions like that. Hopefully when the kid is born people will just be satisfied with baby's father, because I always have to say "my sister's baby's daddy" through my teeth, it is so grating.
I dislike it the most when mother's refer to their own children's fathers in such terms. Or when the men refer themselves in such terms. It makes me think of Trailer Park Boys.

Re: This might be an unpopular opinion...
Me too.
Same with baby mama. I say birth (or bio) mom/dad.
Actually you have a very popular opinion. My ex is my children's biological father. He has no interaction with them.
Daddy is an action verb you actually have to do something.
Whenever I hear Baby Daddy or Baby Mama I immediately judge and think the person must be trashy. I have yet to be proven wrong in my judgement.
I call my exFI, Jacob's father.

All of this. Couldn't have said it better myself.

I also can't stand Douchebag.
Yah, ITA. It seems over the top. Four insults in one name is a bit much.
But if she earned that title... Such as sleeping with him in OUR bed while me and XH were still married, it kind of gives me a bit of pleasure. ^_^
That along with insulting her horrible "fashion" choices.
