Daycare Recommendations -Lakeville/Hopkins
Hello Ladies!
I am due at the end of August but I know infant spots are in high demand so I am starting my search! I live in Lakeville and work in Hopkins. With the commute I think I am going to have to look near Hopkins in order to do the drop offs and pick ups within hours. I am willing to do surrounding cities as well! My husbands job doesn't provide anything consistent, so I am going to be doing it!
So! If anyone has any specific places to check out or websites they found helpful and would like to share, I would really appreciate it!

Are you looking for in-home or center recs? Centers are going to give you longer and more "flexible" hours (like, you aren't going to HAVE to pick up by 5 pm). We are happy with New Horizon--they are all over and I believe they have a location or two in Lakeville, according to their website. NH is open from 6:30 am - 6:30 pm.
Also, most centers would have an opening for an infant tomorrow...you don't have to be too worried about rushing to find daycare yet.
I am looking more for in home daycare and that's why I am getting a little jump start. I don't have anything against a center other than the prices tend to be higher. Which is due to the flexibility. It's really you get what you pay for in that respect and that's why I am looking closer to work!!
