  We love the community of WaterSound - they are gorgeous homes steps from the beach - we are renting a 5 bedroom + carriage house with my family in a couple weeks.  It is just a few miles down from Rosemary beach and a short drive to Seaside.  We used vrbo.com (vacation rental by owner) to find a rental home.  

  There are playgrounds for the kids, bike riding trails/boardwalks, a private beach club which has awesome food that you can rent membership from, 3 community pools, etc.

  What is 30A?  We go to Hilton Head and St. Simons more than anywhere else and both of those have tons of large homes for rent.  LMK if you are interested in either of those areas and I'll post specifics.

  Not sure 30A either.  We do St. George Island.  Lots of homes with 4+ bedrooms.  Collins vacation rentals is one of the places we use to rent from.

  We vacation in Seaside each summer, and there are many homes in Seaside with 4+ bedrooms. And they are all pretty much walking distance to the pools and the beach. Plus during the summer they do free movies and concerts in the amphitheater, and those are walking distance as well.

  NOt sure what 30A is either but we go to Hilton Head with my family and stay in a house on Singleton Beach. If you want the link let me know.
