Dayton moms: photography recs needed

I want to have pics of DS/family pics done at 6 mos. (end of April/Easter time). I've had a few recommendations of photographers, but don't know if I want to use a private photographer or go to a studo (aka Sears or Penneys). I don't want to spend a fortune (maybe $200 max, which DH will still probably fuss about), but I'd like several poses and good pics, of course. I really want a CD of all the images, too. What would you recommend?

    portrait innovations at the Dayton mall is going to be about $100 with a cd, but you'll get lots of poses and it is in a studio. it'll probably cost you double or triple that for a private photographer. if you want recommendations for one of those there was a post about it within the past two weeks.

    Alison Kamper does stunning work!  Her blog is one of my favorites to follow.  I know she's pregnant and due soon so you would need to contact her for her availability.  Last time I contacted here she was right in your price range.  https://alisonandoliver.blogspot.com/

    She just upped her prices for the next year.  Still worth contacting her though if you are interested, she does amazing work and is well worth the money.  You get a CD as well with the printing rights, I think you get 15 files now with the option to pay for more.  We're already in her queue to book her again this Fall.

    late here, but I didn't mention Allison because she is now charging $300 for 15 poses including CD and she's having her baby soon so I don't know if she'd be shooting again by Easter.
